- Answer time
- Within 48 hours, from me rather than a queue. One person, one time zone — allow for the difference.
- Refunds
- Purchases are final, which is why every tool has a free trial of the complete plugin first. The terms say it in full.
- If a licence lapses
- Nothing breaks. The plugin keeps rendering the full effect and adds a faint watermark, so a licensing problem can never kill a render at 2am.
